Terms and Conditions of TABU Online Wholesale:

§1. General Conditions:

  1. The administrator of the website is Tabu Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Lipska 20, 30-721 Kraków, registered in the business register under NIP number: 679-27-04-026.
  2. The prices of all products in the order system are net prices (do not include VAT).
  3. Tabu reserves the right to withdraw certain products from the offer.
  4. By registering, the Client agrees to the use of personal data provided in the registration form.
  5. TABU Sp. z o.o. limits the use and collection of customer information to the necessary minimum required for the shipping sale of goods, which includes, among others, email addresses and personal contact data, which are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883 with subsequent amendments) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016, exclusively for order fulfillment and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
  6. The minimum average monthly turnover (calculated from the last 3 months) below which we reserve the right to block the use of the login and password is 500 PLN net. In such a case, TABU Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to refuse re-registration of the Customer.
  7. A single order placed by foreign customers must amount to a minimum of 120 EUR.
  8. We engage in wholesale sales only, so the first order from a new customer cannot be less than 500 PLN net.
  9. Customers who are registered with the stationary warehouse (previously registered in the Tabu Sp. z o.o. database) retain all their rights and privileges.
  10. For new customers who regularly use the offer, there is a possibility of individually determining the terms of cooperation.
  11. A customer accepting the Terms and Conditions may consent to receiving commercial information from Tabu Sp. z o.o. electronically.
  12. According to Article 13, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016, the administrator of the customer's personal data is TABU Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków, hereinafter referred to as the Company.
  13. The customer's personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with Tabu Sp. z o.o., pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, point a), as well as to the extent arising from the customer’s consent to process personal data.
  14. The customer's personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except for entities processing personal data in the scope resulting from the customer’s consent for processing their personal data for marketing activities, including newsletters and SMS informing about promotions.
  15. The customer’s personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
  16. The customer's personal data will be stored until consent is withdrawn.
  17. The customer has the right to access their data and request correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
  18. The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016.
  19. Providing personal data is voluntary.
  20. The customer’s personal data will not be processed automatically, including profiling.

§2. Payment Methods:

  1. “Prepayment Transfer” – In the payment title, please provide the order number and customer number. We wait for payment within 3 working days from the moment the order value is communicated. If payment is not received, the order will be canceled.
  2. “Cash on Delivery” – The due amount is collected by the courier at the time of delivery. The maximum value for the first cash on delivery order is 2000 PLN gross.
  3. “Payment by Invoice” – for regular customers of the warehouse.
  4. “Cash Payment” – upon collection of goods at the TABU warehouse.
  5. “Instant Online Payment” – through a quick payment gateway. We wait for payment within 24 hours. If payment is not received, the order will be canceled.

§3. Orders and Shipping:

  1. Confirmation of the order by the customer is equivalent to the beginning of its processing. After preparing the shipment, the customer will receive information on the total value of the order (including any shipping costs).
  2. TABU Sp. z o.o. covers shipping costs for orders above 900 PLN net (for domestic shipments). Below this amount, the shipping costs are charged to the customer and added to the invoice as a separate item.
  3. The order fulfillment time is the time between confirming the order and preparing the package for shipment. The maximum time is 1 business day. In unforeseen circumstances (e.g., out of stock), the fulfillment time may change.
  4. Orders are processed throughout the country.
  5. TABU Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to cancel further orders placed by a customer who returns the ordered goods without a valid reason or does not pick up cash on delivery packages or has unpaid invoices overdue. In this case, access to the system will be blocked.
  6. Orders are accepted 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
  7. Due to ongoing sales of products directly at the warehouse, the available stock quantities may differ from the actual stock at a given moment and this cannot be the basis for claims. The customer will be informed by phone or email about any discrepancies between the order and the completed shipment.
  8. Packages are sent via GLS courier.
  9. Domestic shipping costs are specified in the order system and automatically calculated based on the order value.
  10. The maximum value for cash on delivery orders due to technical reasons cannot exceed 5000 PLN gross. Cash on delivery shipments are only available within Poland.
  11. For international orders, the shipping cost depends on the size and number of packages and is provided individually after the order is completed.
  12. The delivery time for packages via courier is usually one working day (for domestic shipments).

§4. Complaints:

  1. The basis for complaints is proof of sale in the form of an invoice. Differences in the appearance of goods ordered and received due to improperly set monitor parameters do not constitute grounds for return.
  2. Complaints regarding mechanical damage occurring during transport will only be considered when the goods are received in the presence of the courier. Before accepting the shipment, check the condition of the packaging. If the packaging shows signs of damage, do not accept the shipment and immediately draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier. The customer, after making the payment, has the right to check the contents of the package in the presence of the courier to ensure no damage occurred during delivery. The condition for accepting such a complaint is the preparation of a complaint report with the courier.
  3. In case of unjustified complaints or damage to the goods caused by the user’s fault, all costs will be covered by the customer.

§5. Photographs and Copyrights:

  1. All photos provided on the www.tabu.com.pl website are protected by copyright and belong to the owners of the brands presented in the offer or to the TABU warehouse.
  2. To obtain permission to use materials from the www.tabu.com.pl website, especially photos, descriptions, and catalogs, please contact the online sales department at biznes@tabu.com.pl.
  3. TABU warehouse does not grant permission to use materials listed in point 2 on any auction portals.

§6. Liability:

TABU Sp. z o.o. is not liable for damages caused by reasons beyond its control, including: • Orders placed on behalf of the customer by third parties, • Differences in the appearance or colors of ordered goods compared to received goods, due to technical reasons or differences in color reproduction on different computers, • Delayed delivery of packages by the courier company.

§7. Promotions:

Promotions organized by TABU Sp. z o.o. do not combine with other promotions and are not applicable to previously granted discounts, unless otherwise specified in the promotion.
